REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Thanks for shopping at TRES CHIC SHAVE KIT & AUDREY!
If you don't love your razor as much as we do within 30 days of purchase, simply return your razor to us and we will happily refund your money.
Please see below for more information on our returns policy. Please note we can only refund the value of the original product, less the shipping costs (if applicable). Return shipping is at your expense to Brisbane Australia and we recommend tracked shipping to ensure a safe return to us.
To start either an exchange or return process, simply email us with your order reference number at email@example.com
- All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached, and be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- After receiving your return, the condition of your item will be inspected and if your return is approved we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
- Refunds will be made to credit cards or by the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
- We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- For defective or damaged products, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item and details of the issue to establish if a refund/discount or exchange is applicable.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
